Travel: I went to Gibraltar! Stayed in the Rock Hotel and it was as laaaavely as ever. Made even better by the fact that James flew out for a few days! I have been coming to Gibraltar since I was 8, and even though I hadn’t been since 2003 the people at the hotel still remembered me :)

I saw a ridiculous amount of apes, spent a lot of time by the pool and went to Catalan Bay for the first time.

Food: Tangy peach and orange ice lollies.

These were easy to make and tasted great, and literally just consisted of four peaches, the juice of one orange, and some orange and lemon zest.

Just blend the peaches and mix it all together. Like before, I added the leftover mix to lemonade and raspberry vodka which was interesting and very fruuuiity.

Food: Strawberry lime and mint ice lollies.
Roughly based on a few cocktails I’ve had recently, these are literally just a lot of strawberries, the juice of two limes and the leaves of about four/five stems of mint.
Blend strawberries until smooth, juice limes, blend mint until the leaf bits are as small as you want - then mix together and freeze. (And if you have any leftovers, I stuck mine in some vodka and lemonade.)
